Mô tả công việc
Collaborate with teams to understand IT hiring needs and manage the recruitment process.
Work with external partners (universities, job platforms, etc.) for talent sourcing.
Support managers in HR-related tasks (e.g., candidate search via online channels).
Organize and participate in recruitment events.
Create and send personalized recruitment emails to passive candidates.
Contribute to building the company's employer branding.
Stay informed about new technologies and trends.
Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and select suitable candidates according to company standards.
Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates.
Draft and send job offer letters, and coordinate onboarding with the HR team.
Propose improvements for recruitment and candidate evaluation processes.
Yêu cầu
At least 2 years of recruitment experience (IT recruitment preferred).
Strong communication, observation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Positive, objective, and patient when handling candidate concerns.
Ability to understand and explain job requirements for various IT positions.
Solid sourcing skills using social networks, job sites, and direct channels.
Capable of identifying labor market trends in the IT industry.
Willing to learn and grow; maintain transparency within the company.
Enjoy working with young IT teams (Dev, QC) and students.
Proficient in Zoom, Google Meet, and Calendar for scheduling.
Able to read and write documents and emails in English; good speaking/listening skills are a plus.
Will receive internal training on labor law, social insurance law, personal income tax law, and C&B operations if desired.
Potential to grow into an HR Generalist role within 1-2 years depending on performance and willingness to learn. Training in HR soft skills will be provided.
