• To support management in risk-based decision-making process, based on PVA risk data.

• To control IT risks, digitalization risks, support IT teams to enhance processes, provide recommendations for new technology changes.
Kiểm soát rủi ro CNTT, rủi ro số hóa, hỗ trợ đội CNTT nâng cao quy trình, đưa ra các khuyến nghị về thay đổi công nghệ mới.
• To Build up risk database and manage risk data.

• To be support/ back up of ORM Manager, and Head of FORM.

IT Risk Management
- Conduct IT risk governance, risk exercises following ORM framework.
Thực hiện quản trị rủi ro CNTT, thực hành rủi ro theo khuôn khổ ORM.
- Conduct frequent deep dive review of IT Key risks, processes and investigate incidents' root causes to optimize process and propose recommendations.
Tiến hành đánh giá sâu thường xuyên về các rủi ro, quy trình chính của CNTT và điều tra nguyên nhân gốc rễ của sự cố để tối ưu hóa quy trình và đề xuất các khuyến nghị.
- Access and monitor IT Incident Management systems to support business teams and IT to control risk of IT system disruptions.
Truy cập và giám sát hệ thống Quản lý Sự cố CNTT để hỗ trợ các nhóm kinh doanh và CNTT kiểm soát rủi ro gián đoạn hệ thống CNTT. - Review, advise, train IT Risk Champion to enhance IT processes and risk controls.
Rà soát, tư vấn, đào tạo IT Risk Champion để nâng cao các quy trình IT và kiểm soát rủi ro.
- To advise, support digitalization projects/process in company.
Tư vấn, hỗ trợ các dự án / quy trình số hóa trong công ty.
Risk Data Management
- Collect, standardize risk data from business teams.
Thu thập, chuẩn hóa dữ liệu rủi ro từ các nhóm kinh doanh.
- Build up database and dashboard to support risk framework and management requests.
Xây dựng cơ sở dữ liệu và bảng điều khiển để hỗ trợ khung rủi ro và các yêu cầu quản lý.
- Review, advise related matters following RBDM process based on risk data.
Rà soát, tư vấn các vấn đề liên quan theo quy trình RBDM dựa trên dữ liệu rủi ro.
Busines Continuity Management
- Be backup to ORM, BCM Manager to run PVA BCM Program, Deepdive exercises related to IT area following PCA standards and PVA Management requirements.
Hỗ trợ dự phòng cho ORM, BCM Manager để chạy Chương trình PVA BCM, các bài tập chuyên sâu liên quan đến lĩnh vực CNTT theo tiêu chuẩn PCA và các yêu cầu của Quản lý PVA.

- Coordinate with IT BCM coordinator to ensure the DR Plan established in Prudential Vietnam (PVA) can meet business areas' requirements that the applications/ infrastructures are available and executable.
Phối hợp với bộ phận Công nghệ thông tin (IT) để bảo đảm IT có kế hoạch khôi phục các hệ thống công nghệ thông tin của Prudential Việt Nam (PVA) đáp ứng được yêu cầu của các bộ phận và các hệ thống dự phòng và hạ tầng công nghệ thông tin phải luôn sẵn sàng và hoạt động được.
Test and Exercises Planning/ Thực hiện các thử nghiệm BCP:
- Coordinate with Department BCM coordinators to define test scripts prior to testing.
Phối hợp với các phòng ban xác định nội dung, tình huống, kịch bản trước khi thử nghiệm;
- Coordinate with internal/ external coordinators and test participants to facilitate the testing/exercise;
Phối hợp với các Điều phối viên trong công ty, ngoài công ty và người tham gia thử nghiệm để thực hiện tốt các hoạt động thử nghiệm;
- Consolidate feedback and reporting of test and exercises results, monitor subsequent resolution of corrective action plans, and report to country management and regional BCM coordinator.
Tổng hợp các ý kiến phản hồi, báo cáo kết quả thử nghiệm, theo dõi việc thực hiện các phương án khắc phục thiếu sót và báo cáo cho Ban lãnh đạo và Điều phối viên chương trình BCP của PCA.

- Bachelor 'degree in Technology, Information systems, Data science or related subjects.
Bằng Cử nhân về Công nghệ, Hệ thống thông tin, Khoa học dữ liệu hoặc các môn học liên quan.
- Good awareness of Enterprise Risk Management.
Nhận thức tốt về Quản lý Rủi ro Doanh nghiệp.

- Degree qualified, with a relevant professional qualification such as CISA (Certified Information System Auditor), CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control).

- 5-6 years progressive experience in roles under business continuity management, IT, IT auditor, IT Governance, IT Risk;
Có 5-6 năm kinh nghiệm trong các vai trò quản lý kinh doanh liên tục, CNTT, kiểm toán viên CNTT, Quản trị CNTT, Rủi ro CNTT;
- Experience in Data analytics, Power BI.
Có kinh nghiệm về Phân tích dữ liệu, Power BI.
- Experience with global Business Continuity standards and frameworks.

- Candidates having experience in banking industry will be a plus.
