Design and maintain IT governance policies and frameworks, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and updated.
Conduct periodic IT risk assessments and maintain a centralized risk register with mitigation plans.
Plan and execute internal IT audits, including defining scope, performing testing, and issuing audit reports.
Monitor compliance with IT policies and standards across all teams, and address any non-compliance issues.
Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during audits and compliance reviews.
Track and ensure timely closure of audit findings and corrective actions through follow-up and reporting mechanisms.
Establish and monitor IT performance metrics (KPIs).
Deliver training and awareness programs to ensure employees understand and follow IT policies and security practices.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in IT governance, compliance, risk management, or internal audit.
Strong knowledge of IT policies, risk management frameworks, and compliance standards (ISO 27001, COBIT, ITIL, etc.).
Experience in internal audits and working with external auditors.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and across teams.
