【Job Description】

Business development for LAB (Remote) projects, focusing on international markets such as Singapore and Europe.
- Develop new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients, providing tailored solutions based on project needs.
- Propose and negotiate
IT engineer dispatch or remote project contracts.
- Understand client requirements in system development (software, web, applications) and prepare proposals.
- Manage project progress and ensure quality through regular communication with clients.
- Build new business models and improve services based on client feedback and market demands.
Yêu cầu
【Qualifications】
- 3+ years of experience in sales for system development (software, web, apps).
- Strong understanding and proven track record in LAB models and Remote projects.
- Experience in business development in Singapore or European markets is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Business-level English (mandatory); Vietnamese or other language skills are a plus.
