Mô tả công việc

- Maintain and support TL2 IT infrastructure and services, including servers, network, CCTV, security doors/access control, PBX, PA, e-Work and other factory IT systems. Provide IT support to business users in TL2.
- Provide IT support to TL1 users when assigned.
- Maintain and improve Factory Security and IT Security, including access control, CCTV, endpoint security, network security and security monitoring.
- Cooperate with relevant teams to enhance the TL2 Factory network and IT infrastructure in support of digital transformation and smart factory initiatives.
- Research, develop and apply AI solutions for IT operations.
- Participate in IT projects, system improvements and continuous improvement activities according to business and factory requirements.
- Maintain technical documentation, system configurations, network diagrams and IT operation procedures.
