We are seeking a proactive and results-driven IT Services & Solutions Account Manager to support the growth of our IT services business.
This role focuses on developing new customer relationships, generating business opportunities, and converting them into long-term engagements. The position requires a balance of active prospecting and relationship-based selling, with emphasis on building recurring business through IT services offerings.
Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Prospecting
Identify and approach new customers through outbound activities
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities
Actively engage prospects to secure meetings and business discussions
2.Customer Engagement & Relationship Building
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (IT, Admin, Operations)
Conduct regular customer meetings to understand business needs and IT challenges
Position as a trusted advisor for IT services and solutions
3.Solution Selling
- Promote and position the company's IT services offerings, including:
IT Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
Onsite
IT Support Services
Managed IT Services
Apple Enterprise Support
- Support customers with broader IT solution requirements, including hardware where applicable.
4.Pipeline & Opportunity Management
Maintain accurate pipeline with clear opportunity stages and estimated GP value
Track follow-ups, next steps, and deal progress
Work with internal technical teams to prepare proposals and quotations
5. Reporting & Discipline
Submit weekly activity and pipeline reports
Maintain clear visibility of calls, meetings, and opportunities
