I. SUMMARY JOBS & REPONSIBILITY
1. Support users to fix IT problems.
2. Operate and handle IT problems: servers, computers, printers, phones, CCTV, network systems...
3. Operating information security system: firewall, warning, anti-virus, backup... to ensure data safety.
4. Manage IT assets and other office equipment.
5. Maintain and develop more modules and functions of ERP software.
6. Guide and support departments on issues related to application software, in order to improve work efficiency.
7. Programming and development of internal application systems
8. Kaizen IT works by proactive action.
II. AUTHORITY
1. Carry out the work after being approved by the superior.
2. Require departments to comply with IT policies and regulations
3. Propose improvements to superiors on IT issues
III. KEY PROCESS
The basic related procedures: IT Policy, Regulations

IV. SKILL
1. Good communication and presentation
2. Analysis and reporting.
3. Good at: Data structures and algorithms, Database and SQL
V. KNOWLEDGE (Can be learned after join)
1. Basic understanding of software such as ERP, POS, warehouse, sales, accounting
2. Deep understanding of programming PHP or Javascript, or JAVA, or , SQLite, Android or iOS...
VI. QUALIFICATION
1. College or above majoring in software
2. English certificate

At least 4 years of experience in a similar position
