Your role & responsibilities
Handle technical problems, user support for computer system problems, hardware, software, network, email, peripheral devices, office machines and repairing and overcoming when necessary.
Handle Internet network problems for users (LAN, WAN).
Troubleshoot printers, timekeepers, and surveillance cameras.
Manage equipment, allocate equipment according to user requirements.
Proactively provide solutions to resolve problems when receiving support requests from users..
Your skills & qualifications
Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / IT / Network Hardware or related major.
At least 3 years of experience as an IT Support for companies with a scope of more than 100 employees.
No English is required.
Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve queries.
In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
Ability to fix simple, common computer and office equipment errors.
Ability to determine IT needs and train end-users.
Advanced knowledge of database maintenance and system security.
Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT support.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
