Mô tả công việc
• Part- Time/ On Call: 2-3 days a week onsite
Resolve technical issues for desktop and shared IT services, software, printers, communication technologies and network devices and systems for the A&E II Office located on the Bien Hoa Airbase (including project and corporate staff)
• Take ownership of regional issues, escalating where required, owning through to completion.
• Install and maintain Standard Operating Environment, hardware and related equipment.
• Assist in the management and support of the local IT environment according to standards and guidelines set out by corporate IT.
• Facilitate software installs, anti-spyware, anti-virus, anti-SPAM and windows update initiatives
• Maintain and support Fortinet Network Environment
• Configure and support printers
• Remotely support field staff
• Maintain documentation relating to requests for support, cause of issue, FAQs and research conducted to close tickets
• Support workshop and training IT needs such as setting up IT equipment audio and visual.
Business Collaboration
• Support local office and remote based internal clients both over the phone and face to face
• Liaise with corporate IT team or local vendors for escalation or assistance with IT issues
• Work closely with corporate IT team to support standards, and corporate initiatives. Including but not limited to IT ticketing system, security and access granted to corporate systems and attending team meetings.
• Foster a strong working relationship with local vendors to enable a two way channel of communications between IT and vendor.
• Co-ordinate hardware repair and replacement, suppliers and other vendors and the procurement of IT equipment.
• Provide IT on-boarding services to new staff
• Conduct training as required
Delivering effective IT support and exceptional customer service to our team operations, including project personnel and corporate staff. This role reports into the local office while maintaining a strong working relationship with the corporate IT team.
Work schedule
