I. Job Summary:
The IT Support Tier 2 role at Unicity provides advanced technical support for internal users and business systems. This position handles issues from Unicity's online shopping platforms, and performs system and application log analysis.
II. Key Responsibilities:
• Application & E-Commerce Support
- Support online shopping / e-commerce platforms.
- Investigate order, payment, and access issues.
- Coordinate with
developers and vendors when required.
• Log Analysis & Troubleshooting
- Read and analyze application, system, and web logs.
- Identify root causes of incidents and system errors.
- Provide clear documentation and escalation notes.
• User & Access Management
- Manage user accounts in Active Directory and Azure AD.
- Support onboarding and off boarding processes.
- Maintain access control and permissions.
• Documentation & Collaboration
- Maintain SOPs and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with global IT and development teams.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years' experience in IT Support or Service Desk (Tier 2 preferred).
• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience supporting web-based or e-commerce systems.
• Ability to read and analyze logs.

• Hour of work: From 9:00 - 12:00 & 13:00 - 18:00 from Monday to Friday. Work over time/ weekend as job's requirement.
