[Job Summary]
We are seeking a dedicated IT Infrastructure Operations Specialist to monitor and maintain our production process systems, servers, and network equipment. This role focuses on infrastructure stability, daily inspections, and emergency remote troubleshooting rather than software development. The ideal candidate will have strong hardware and network troubleshooting skills, along with the agility to respond to unexpected system issues during nights or weekends.
1. Key Responsibilities
- Application Monitoring: Continuous monitoring of operational management applications to ensure stable and normal operations.
- Infrastructure Inspection: Regular health checks and status monitoring of server and network equipment.
- Incident Diagnosis & Support: Fast diagnosis of system issues when failures occur, providing clear troubleshooting guidance and instructions to on-site shift workers for client-side issues.
- Emergency Response (Critical): Immediate remote support and emergency response in the event of sudden system failures during night shifts, weekends, or holidays.
2. Qualifications
- Technical Understanding: Solid foundational knowledge and understanding of PC/server hardware and network equipment.
- Emergency Agility: High reliability and willingness to handle urgent, unscheduled system issues outside of standard working hours.
- Communication Skills: Ability to deliver clear, actionable instructions to on-site personnel during system disruptions.
