As an IT Talent Acquisition Manager, you will drive recruitment strategies aligned with business goals while actively contributing to presales and business development efforts. Your expertise in technical recruitment, U.S. market research, and data-driven decision-making will ensure efficient and competitive hiring processes. You will also lead the development of your TA team, establish recruitment policies and processes, and strengthen the company's employer branding initiatives.
I. What you'll do
Business Collaboration: Partner with the business development team to provide recruitment insights for presales and workforce planning. Align talent strategies with project needs and timelines.
Technical Recruitment: Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT roles, build candidate pipelines, and create tailored hiring frameworks.
Market Research & Insights: Conduct research on the U.S. and Vietnam labor markets, leveraging data to recommend innovative recruitment strategies and improve talent acquisition outcomes.
Data-Driven Decisions: Track recruitment KPIs, develop dashboards, and provide actionable insights to optimize hiring performance.
Talent Acquisition Strategy: Build innovative hiring strategies, manage ATS tools, and enhance the company's employer brand to attract top technical talent.
Process & Policy Development: Design and implement standardized recruitment policies, workflows, and best practices to improve efficiency, compliance, and candidate experience. Regularly review and update processes to align with business needs and market trends.
Team Development: Mentor the TA team, establish career growth plans, and align their development with company goals.
Employer Branding: Lead initiatives to highlight company culture, career opportunities, and technical expertise. Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and represent the company at tech events and career fairs

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related fields.
5+ years of IT recruitment experience, including 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of U.S. labor market trends, salary structures, and compliance.
Proven experience in creating and implementing recruitment policies and processes.
Expertise in technical hiring, market research, data analytics, and ATS tools.
Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) to effectively collaborate with international stakeholders and foreign teams.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with U.S. visa processes and international hiring.
Experience in a multicultural, global work environment.
