• Directly process scholarship application files for the clients
• Follow the procedure for preparing scholarship application files, and coordinating with supporting departments to ensure the best results for the applications.
• Guide parents and students on the knowledge and skills necessary for the scholarship application process, as well as advising on the essential skills needed for studying abroad.
• Proactively handle any issues that arise regarding signed study abroad service contracts.
• Collaborate closely with supporting departments throughout the study abroad application process.
• Support the Sales and Marketing Department in effectively, accurately, and efficiently promoting services and products to customers and students.
• Promote services and products to customers: Participate in events, and specialized seminars, introduce products and services organized by the company's Sales or Marketing Department.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• Solid knowledge of US, Australia, Canada scholarship programs to accurately apply them in the document processing.
• Ability to assess students' abilities to select suitable schools and ensure the success of their applications.
• Knowledge (and practical experience) of studying abroad and other skills that support the international study process.
• Strong English language skills.
• Persuasive skills.
