Education
· Bachelor / Master of engineering degree in a science-based field (e.g. Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, Mechanical, Electrical...).
Experience
· Experience of working within food manufacturing / production environment and/or FMCG
· IWS experience preferred (Minimum lean six sigma or similar lean system experience)
· Cost Centre Management, Budgeting and Forecasting
· Capital Expenditure process awareness.
· Procurement processes
· Working with Quality Management Systems
Qualifications (certificates)
Example: Lean Six Sigma
· University or similar degree qualification in Engineering / Manufacturing or similar bias
