Role Overview:
As our Japan Educational Tours Coordinator Assistant Manager, you'll be a key player in our Japan inbound Study Tours sales and partnership development efforts. You will report directly to Chairwoman and group CEO (both Singapore-based).
This role entails Japan inbound study tours operations and partnerships, and is perfect for someone with a passion for education and cross-border partnership building who is eager to contribute to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
-Identify and develop partnership opportunities for Japan inbound programmes.
-Work closely with Singapore Head Office's academic / operation teams to ensure high quality standards for Japan inbound programmes
-Set up and develop key partnerships in Japan for BSE Japan inbound programmes, including accommodation, transport, and academic partners in Japan.
-Recruit summer camp / study tour camp staff such as teachers, camp managers, counsellors, for Japan inbound programmes.
-Operate study tours programmes in Japan when required ( peak seasons June-August annually and other tours during the year)
-Build and maintain strong relationships with Japan-based partners to support business growth.
-Monitor Japan inbound market trends and share feedback to improve programme quality and services.
Cross-Functional Responsibilities
-Identify new business opportunities and expand our partner network.
-Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to support programme growth.
-Work closely with Singapore Head Office's academic / operation teams to ensure high quality standards for Japan inbound programmes
-Support the planning of promotional activities and partner engagement events.
-Support Japan study tours groups go to Vietnam as and when required ( Vietnam inbound).
