We are seeking a highly motivated Japanese Speaking Project Managers to oversee and deliver complex projects. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing project lifecycles from initiation to closure, and ensuring successful project outcomes while fostering strong client relationships.
Lead the planning, execution, and closing of projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
Foster strong relationships with Japanese clients and internal teams, understanding their needs and ensuring deliverables meet expectations.
Identify and resolve project impediments and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
Manage project budgets, track expenses and ensure financial objectives are met.
Ensure compliance with company's project management methodologies, quality standards, and corporate policies.
Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Mentor and guide project team members, promoting a collaborative and high-performing environment.
