Handle incoming emails, chats, and phone calls from customers
Handle related requests from the above channel, for example:
Update website content and master data
Cooperate with development team to troubleshoot and resolve system/service errors
Create, modify, suspend, and delete email accounts for customers
Configure email settings and permissions based on customer requests
Administer cloud storage accounts, shared folders
Publish video on SNS
Perform periodic data backups
Prepare monthly work reports
Support translating documents for the development team
Attend meeting with clients and support translated if needed
Perform tasks as requested by direct Management
Yêu cầu
JLPT N1 preferred; JLPT N2 candidates with excellent business Japanese communication skills are also welcome to apply.
Experienced in working with Japanese customer
Good office computer skills (word, excel, .)
Be proactive, promote responsibility in work, and be aware of good product quality
