Mô tả công việc
- Take responsibility for consulting verbally with Japanese clients
- Translating/interpreting from Japanese to Vietnamese (vice versa) and other tasks related to using Japanese language;
- Research and collect information related to a specific topic/purpose (based on the client's request) and translate it into Japanese;
- Conduct and interpret during meetings (both internal and external with clients);
- Support Vietnamese employees in reporting in Japanese;
- Support Vietnamese employees to communicate with clients via email or directly;
- Support administration tasks in AGS group (Together with the development of AGS Group, admin tasks will be expanded);
- Cooperate with other departments and other offices to conduct required tasks smoothly;
- Other tasks as assigned.
Yêu cầu
Required skills:
a. N2 or equivalent; or
b. N3 for those who have academic or career background of law; and
Others: For those having N1, salary is negotiable.
- Bachelor's Degree (Law faculty is preferable)
- No experience is welcomed;
- Work well with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint...)
- Good working attitude and diligent;
- Have a high sense of responsibility;
- Have an interest in working with Japanese clients and managers.
- Fulltime available from Mon to Fri (8.00 am - 5.00 pm)
