Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Java Developer at CMC Global Careers, located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Java Developer will be involved in day-to-day tasks including software development, designing and implementing microservices, and programming using the Java language. The role also involves working with the Spring Framework and ensures that the applications meet the required standards.
REQUIREMENTS
Java Expertise: Strong command of Core Java and extensive experience with the Spring
Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security).
DevOps Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD,
Azure DevOps), Docker, Kubernetes, and Git.
BPM Knowledge: Solid understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) concepts and practical experience with BPM platforms (e.g., Activiti, Camunda).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently under pressure.
Big Plus Points (Strong Advantage)
Pega Platform Experience: Proven experience in designing, developing, and
implementing solutions using Pega PRPC (Pega Platform).
Familiarity with microservices architecture.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Knowledge of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).
Knowledge of Banking/ fintech domain.
