Main tasks and activities
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications using JavaEE and EJB.
Build and enhance microservices and REST APIs using Spring Boot.
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
Debug and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate with SOLEX teams to gather and analyze requirements.
Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in software development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
years of proven experience in Java development, with a focus on JavaEE, EJB, and Spring Boot.
Technical skills
Strong proficiency in JavaEE and Enterprise JavaBeans (EJB).
Hands-on experience with Spring Boot for microservices development.
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
Familiarity with relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Hibernate).
Knowledge of RESTful API design and development.
Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Advantageous to have:
Exposure to front-end frameworks like React.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit).
Interview process:
Round 1: Technical test (30') and English interview (15')
Round 2: Technical interview (60-90')
Pay range: up to $1000
