Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer to join our development team. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise applications while collaborating with multiple stakeholders and mentoring junior team members.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications using Java and JSP.
Develop and optimize complex Oracle SQL queries, PL/SQL objects, and database performance.
Analyze business requirements and propose technical solutions.
Collaborate with business users, project teams, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Review code and provide technical guidance to team members.
Identify and resolve system performance and application issues.
Drive continuous improvement in development processes and technical standards.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
Requirements
◇ Technical Skills
5+ years of experience in Java application development.
Strong hands-on experience with Java and JSP.
Extensive experience with Oracle Database, SQL, and database optimization.
Solid experience with HTML and JavaScript.
Experience with AWS and CI/CD practices is a strong advantage.
Experience in the Logistics or Supply Chain industry is highly preferred.

Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Good teamwork and collaboration skills.
Good communication skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Basic English communication skills, including reading, writing, and speaking.
◇ Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with system integration and enterprise application development.
Familiarity with cloud-native technologies and DevOps practices.
Logistics or supply chain experience.

2. Working Environment
Working time: Monday - Friday. We work 40 hours per week.
