Java Developer (Spring Boot, English)

We are looking for motivated Java Backend Developers at Junior and Middle levels to join our engineering team and contribute to high-volume, scalable integration platforms and backend services processing millions of messages every day.
You will work with technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, REST APIs, Cassandra, PostgreSQL, and Kubernetes, gaining hands-on experience with distributed systems and enterprise integration.

General Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
We do not expect candidates to know every technology in our stack. Strong fundamentals, problem-solving ability, learning potential, and the right attitude are more important.
At least 1 year of relevant software development experience is preferred for Junior level. Solid professional experience is expected for Middle level.
Strong fresh graduates may also be considered if they demonstrate excellent technical fundamentals, coding and problem-solving skills, and meaningful hands-on experience through internships, freelance work, academic projects, open-source contributions, or personal projects.

Technical Requirements
Strong understanding of Java fundamentals, OOP, collections, data structures, exception handling, and coding best practices.
Hands-on experience with Spring/Spring Boot, including Spring Core, Spring MVC, and Spring Data.
Knowledge and experience in RESTful API design and development.
Good understanding of database concepts, data modeling, and SQL with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.
Knowledge or experience with NoSQL databases such as Cassandra is a big advantage.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Ability to perform software development activities including design, coding, unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and verification.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Kafka or other messaging and event-driven technologies.
Experience with Cassandra or other NoSQL databases.
Knowledge of distributed systems and enterprise integration.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, or cloud technologies.
Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular.
Language
