Participate in part or full lifecycle of software development (design, development, testing, deployment).
Create design and test specifications independently, support system design under guidance of Project Leader.
Develop backend systems using Java and related technologies.
Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices.
Mentor and coach junior
developers (coding standards, design patterns, unit testing, deployment).
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Stay updated with new technologies and contribute to continuous improvement.
Support business trips or overseas assignments when required.
Perform other tasks assigned by Manager.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in Java backend development with strong knowledge of Spring/ Spring Boot.
Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and clean code principles; Experience in building RESTful APIs.
Hands-on experience with SQL databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, etc.
Good knowledge of Vanilla JS; Knowledge of frontend technologies: Bootstrap, jQuery, CSS.
Experience with AWS/ Cloud platforms (deployment, services, cloud-based architecture) is a strong advantage.
Familiar with SDLC models (Waterfall, Agile) and experience in creating technical design and test specifications.
Experience working with Japanese clients or offshore development models is preferred.
Good English communication, Basic in Japanese (JLPT N4+)
