Java Systems Engineer

Java Backend DeveloperKey Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Core Java and Spring Boot.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs with internal and third-party systems.
Work closely with Product, Frontend, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Write clean, maintainable code and ensure quality through unit/integration testing and code reviews.
Analyze requirements, prioritize tasks, and deliver solutions within project timelines.
Optimize system performance, memory usage, and responsiveness for high-load environments.
Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
Follow software development best practices and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
Adapt to changing requirements and proactively contribute to problem-solving and technical improvements.
Requirements Must Have:
5+ years of experience in Java Backend Development.
Strong knowledge of Core Java (Java 8+), OOP, and Design Patterns.
Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data.
Experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL and JPA/Hibernate.
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and HTTP protocols.
Experience with Maven/Gradle and Git.
Familiarity with JUnit, Mockito, or TestNG.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Nice to Have:
Experience with Microservices Architecture.
Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ.
Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices.
Knowledge of backend security best practices.
Experience with game security or large-scale web-based game systems.
