Scope of responsibility:
The Business Analyst plays an integral role in applying technology to streamline and add value to existing and new business processes by:
Applying conceptual knowledge and technology to solve complex business processes and procedural problems.
Participating in complex projects of a cross-functional nature, including taking a lead role on the Supply Chain work.
Ensuring appropriate subsidiary involvement in project teams to build ownership for solutions.
Manage and/or perform the design, testing and implementation of SAP systems in line with agreed timeframes, business requirements and global standards.
Build strong business partnership and support business partners to maximise utilisation of implemented SAP solutions.
Assignment to key projects per the Global IT project grid.
Acting as a regional or global expert for complex processes within function.
Qualifications & Education:
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business or Engineering or other related discipline and appropriate SAP qualifications required.
Business & Technical Experience:
Minimum of 5 years increasing technical experience, including configuration, especially in the SAP modules related to Sales & Distribution, Materials Management, Logistics Execution and Warehouse Management
Full SAP implementation lifecycle experience an advantage.
Strong facilitation and communication skills.
A high level of project management experience would be a distinct advantage.
Ability to work with remote teams essential.
Basic level of ABAP programming an advantage.
Fluency in English is essential.
The successful candidate will be highly motivated, have excellent verbal and written communication skills and should come from a strong analytical background. He or she must possess the ability to work within a team environment and have a strong customer focus.

Flexibility/Adaptability: Reacts well under pressure; ability to respond professionally to dissatisfied users by showing models and prototypes to demonstrate advantages and disadvantages.
