Colgate-Palmolive invites applicants for the HR Solutions Analyst position. This is a temporary/ contract position. The role supports the Global Project Manager, Talent Acquisition & Onboarding in the global implementation of technology to support the Talent Acquisition business team. This includes SuccessFactors recruitment (RCM), onboarding (ONB), career site (CSB), candidate relationship management (CRM) and employee central system (EC), Additional tools include HiredScore (AI screening), ModernHire (virtual interview and scheduling), JDXpert (job description management) and more.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting Primary focus is on managing all aspects of testing:
- Regular project implementation testing
- Preparing testing documents, clearly documenting and retesting of all defects
- Securing business sign off for all testing activities
- Managing translations including working with translation vendor, local team validation and testing in applicable applications
- Facilitating testing sessions, consolidating and documenting all issues, and monitoring resolution and progress
- Coaching project team members on proper testing techniques and documentation requirements
- Regression testing when system changes are made
- Assisting with twice a year software releases
- System demos so global HR teams
Additional responsibilities
- Assist in capturing detailed business requirements
- Assist with day-to-day support of user issue including research and troubleshoot
- Liaise with Global Information Technology for all activities
- Participating in the creation of training materials for existing and new compensation tools
- Conducting system demonstrations
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 year experience supporting technology related projects in the HR space
- Expertise in software testing
- Experience in working with cloud applications - preference given for someone with SuccessFactors Recruiting or other applicant tracking systems experience
- Experience as project team member or lead
- Strong computer skills, communication, analytical, relationship building and teamwork skills required
- Proficiency in Google applications
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects responsibilities simultaneously
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Work details
- Availability to work 35-40 hours per week
- Occasional work will be required during early morning or late evening due to global nature of the role
- Can work fully remote
