The Trainee program is designed to allow the fresh Graduates to explore the company from Commercial perspective in Retail Marketing department, assigning them to lead projects of regional importance under the guidance of senior managers. We coach and mentor our trainees to help them realize their potential and career aspirations.
What will you do:
- Support Retail Marketing department in various projects
- Lead a project of your own under Team Leader's supervision
- Brief and work with creative agencies to efficiently manage POP (Point of Purchase) production and distribution in the country
- Provide analytics and prepare reports to support Customer Development department
- Provide administrative support during NPLs (New Product Launches)
