Position Purpose:
Implement- guarantee that the QS 023 "Microbiological Control" is fulfilled in the plant. Support to engineering, services and production areas of good manufacturing practices, cleaning and sanitation guides. Participate in internal audits as part of the microbiological control and quality system. Develop and implement a microbiological awareness training program for plant operators and leaders. Support the cleaning and sanitation training program for operators and team leaders.

- Implement a microbiological control program according to QS 023 on Mission Hills.
- Support to engineering, services and production areas of good manufacturing practices, cleaning and sanitation guides.
- Participate in internal audits as part of the microbiological control and quality system.
- Develop and implement a microbiological awareness training program for plant operators and leaders.
- Support the cleaning and sanitation training program for operatos and team leaders.
What you need for this position:
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmaceutical Chemist Biologist or related.
- 3 years of experience in microbiology
- Intermediate-advanced English
- Management of Office / Google tools
Technical skills
- General microbiological analysis.
- Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point.
- Good manufacturing practices.
- Cleaning and sanitizing of production equipment.
- Validation of critical systems and water.
- Verification and calibration of laboratory equipment.
- Knowledge of microbiology KPIs (MSI, MPI)
