COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Our remuneration is significantly above the market average for accounting roles in HCMC - including an ongoing monthly productivity bonus of up to 60% of base salary, semi-annual and annual bonuses, and an end-of-tax-year bonus.
- Training allowance during onboarding; competitive salary on signing your labour contract
- Annual private health insurance (full-time employees).
- Standard 5-day work week (Monday-Friday); paid overtime available.
- Company trips twice a year, including one overseas destination (e.g. Korea, Thailand, China).
- Quarterly team events, end-of-financial-year party, and year-end celebration.
- Annual performance review, medical examination, and birthday gift.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field - 2024 graduates encouraged to apply.
- Strong written and spoken English - all client work is conducted in English.
- High attention to detail and a genuine commitment to the accounting profession.
- Analytical, logical thinking and good problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to manage deadlines.
