1. JOB PURPOSE
Support the Finance accounting department in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely payments, and complying with local tax and labor regulations to support the company's daily operations.
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Input daily accounting transactions into the system accurately and timely.
Verify daily/ weekly/ monthly sales figures from stores and prepare daily sales, inventory and cash flow reports to the management.
Payment processing for all payment requests Management's approval.
Register promotion schemes into the system and monitor their sales performance and reports.
Prepare and submit monthly management reports, tax reports and handle all tax payables.
Work with the Tax office, Labour office, Customs office and local authorities to ensure clear taxation and local government compliance.
Establish and maintain a systematic filing system for all financial documents (payment vouchers, invoices, contracts,[protected info]) to ensure they are complete, traceable, and ready for tax inspections or audits.
Execute other ad-hoc assignments as requested by the management.
Yêu cầu
1. REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
- Fresh graduation, previous internship or above 1 year of experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Good English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
