The position shall be within the Design Team, working closely alongside Design Manager in a team environment, developing the design, making documentation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
• Prepare accurate drafting mark-ups from architects (a thorough understanding of construction detailing is essential)
• Flexible and able to shift between different tasks from conceptual design to technical documentation.
• Issuing project documentation according to company quality standards and agreed upon deadlines
• Compliance with company integrity and performance policies.
• To contribute or otherwise assist as required.
• Other duties assigned by manager from time to time.
Yêu cầu
• Years of experience: 2-4 years' experience
• Bachelor of Architecture or Interior Design, graduated from HCMC Architecture University
• Solid experience in AutoCAD in detailed design and Construction Documentation,
• Experienced on international projects, in foreign architectural company is preferred (Architecture and Interior Design)
• Ability to work efficiently and manage one's own time. Being self-starter, proactive, ability to learn and result-oriented.
• Flexibility, diligence, reliability and responsibility are a must.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Having ability to manage the assigned works to meet the required deadline strictly.
• Enthusiastic architect with good design thinking & documentation skills
