developer in Vietnam and the pioneer behind Phu My Hung Urban Area - one of the first international-standard model urban developments in Ho Chi Minh City.

We are currently recruiting for the position of Officer, Design Coordination working at HCM:
• Follow up project schedules under the guidance of Senior Manager.
• Represent the owner to work with architects to ensure projects follow approved schedule and quality standards (in compliance with PMH standards and design checklists).
• Propose ideas to improve project design and coordination efficiency.
• Coordinate with construction contractors and
designers during the construction phase.
• Work with designers to check shop drawings before issuance to site.
• Review design consultant contracts and process payments in accordance with company procedures.
• Participate in meetings and prepare meeting minutes with designers.
• Prepare reports in slide or video format as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Design Senior Manager.
