Comfortably deal with clients for design projects through Zoom, WhatsApp and other video call software in website creation UI/UX, digital marketing and social media content.
Manage a team of interns to fulfill the requirements of clients on time every time. Train and teach the interns to ensure they improve their skills and efficiency in the company.
Accurately estimate the amount of time required for each project and be consistent in achieving the estimated deadlines.
Prepare reports for clients on a regular basis for their projects and ensure they are well informed about the progress of their projects.
Setup social media pages for our company and for clients and update on a regular basis using custom created graphic content.
Create unique and creative designs for websites without peoples' work and designs. Apply creative ideas and inspiration to digital marketing projects. Work together with web coders to fulfil client's requirements.

Able to work under pressure while creating new and unique designs for digital projects & internal needs - proposals, advertising campaigns, newsletters, clients' requirements (copying other designs or templates will not meet this skill).
Be able to create custom fonts for projects.
Possess a good understanding of UI/UX design for websites, applications and software design.
Having knowledge of video editing is a bonus.
Must show a strong understanding of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Blender (or similar), After Effects, and MS Office.
Proficient English required. Be able to communicate confidently orally and in writing with the company staff and clients.
The company requires successful candidates to agree to below:
1 week remote free trial after successful interview. You are required to show us what you can do.
Candidate must be able to start immediately.

After successful trial, you will be placed on probationary for a minimum of 1 month at an agreed reduced salary.
Salary negotiable based on experience. Potential bonus up to 25,000,000 every 3 months.
Job location in Phu Nhuan, Ho Chi Minh.
We currently have offices in UK, Australia, Hong Kong, China and Vietnam and employ over 100 staff globally. We are also setting up new office in USA.
Grow with the new company in Vietnam and have the opportunity to visit Europe, Australia, Hong Kong and USA.
