Mô tả công việc

Administration (50%)
Support in work permit/visa applications and other administrative tasks related to expats.
Coordinate with external vendors; manage office equipment, facilities, and office supplies.
Assist in planning, organizing, and supporting internal company events.
Human Resources (50%)
Support the full onboarding and offboarding process (account creation, equipment allocation/return, document handling).
Perform HR-related administrative tasks as assigned (e.g., filing, data entry,...).

Yêu cầu

University graduate; 01 experience or fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Basic Korean and English communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and general computer literacy.
Dynamic, flexible, and able to organize tasks effectively.
Careful, honest, and proactive in work.
Passionate about supporting and connecting people.
