About the role
We are hiring a junior team member to support a global internal project focused on IT asset management across multiple countries. You will work closely with the manager to clarify workflows, organize operational data, coordinate with stakeholders, and help build a structured management board for company assets.
This role is more focused on process, coordination, and data than on hands-on
IT support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the design and documentation of asset management workflows across countries
- Map stakeholders, responsibilities, and process steps
- Organize and maintain asset-related data and trackers
- Assist in building reports, dashboards, and management boards
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors in English
- Draft SOPs, working guidelines, and project documentation
- Follow up on action items and support day-to-day project execution
