Manage assigned IT projects to ensure delivery within approved scope, schedule, and budget.
Prepare, update, and revise project plans and proposals, including objectives, technologies, system requirements, timelines, budget, and resource allocation.
Define and monitor project milestones, proactively address risks and delays, and realign schedules and expectations when necessary.
Develop and execute project communication plans, providing timely status updates to stakeholders and relevant teams.
Collect, analyze, and summarize project data to prepare regular project status and performance reports.
Yêu cầu
At least 6 months of experience in software project management or a related role.
Good command of English, both written and verbal.
Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office 365.
Strong skills in planning, monitoring, task allocation, and risk management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion, and decision-making skills.
Solid understanding of and hands-on experience with software development processes.
Responsible, enthusiastic, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership.
PMP certification or knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks is a plus.

Salary range: 10,000,000 - 14,000,000 VND (open, negotiable based on experience and competency).
