Junior/Middle UI/UX Designer

• Analyze requirements and understand user needs.
• Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Conduct research and usability testing to improve user experience.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create high-fidelity mockups and maintain design systems.
• Ensure responsive, accessible, and consistent user interfaces.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and QC.
• Present design solutions and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
• Support implementation and perform design reviews to ensure quality.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Contribute ideas to enhance product usability and design processes.

• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and/or mobile applications.
• Proficient in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and UI design.
• Good understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and usability best practices.
• Ability to translate requirements into user-friendly and visually appealing designs.
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI tools to improve design productivity and workflows is preferred.
• Experience working with Graphic tools, Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience working in an agile/scrum development process.
• Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3, Javascript.
• Strong written and verbal communication English skills.
• UI/UX design portfolio to demonstrate the capabilities.
