To support our growing global operations, Four Hands Vietnam is looking for a Junior Compliance Coordinator. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a long-term career in product compliance, sourcing, and international supply chains, with hands-on exposure to global standards and cross-functional collaboration.
About the Role
The Junior Compliance Coordinator supports the company's product regulatory compliance activities and related projects across multiple regions. You will work closely with internal teams and international vendors to ensure compliance requirements are clearly understood, properly documented, and effectively implemented.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the coordination of compliance-related projects with internal teams and international vendors.
• Communicate compliance requirements clearly to relevant stakeholders and support related training or guidance when needed.
• Collect, review, and maintain wood and textile traceability documentation (e.g. chain of custody, certificates).
• Assist in maintaining and updating compliance documents, including labeling guidelines and audit checklists (FSC, TSCA, Prop 65, Upholstery Law Labels, etc.).
• Regularly check vendor certificates, licenses, and compliance documents; follow up on missing or expired items.
• Support other compliance initiatives and tasks as assigned by Management.
