Mô tả công việc
• Prepare cost estimates including unit rate build-up.
• Obtain quotations from Subcontractors/Suppliers and prepare cost comparisons.
• Maintain and update the cost database regularly.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on tender drawings and specifications.
• Raise queries to Consultants/Clients to clarify Tender Documents and collect missing information.
• Compile Tender Reports and provide recommendations for Contract awards.
• Prepare Letter of Acceptance and Contract Documents.
• Conduct site valuations and measurements.
• Attend Client, Consultant, and Site meetings.
• Prepare Interim Payments, Variation Orders, and Final Accounts.
Yêu cầu
• 1 - 3 years of relevant experience (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related construction.
• Intermediate English communication and reading skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• High sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure, and willingness to work overtime.
• Ability to work independently and resourcefully when required.
• Critical thinking and a proactive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
