We are looking for a qualified Junior Sales Coordinator for Solto VN office with end to end accountability for monitoring suppliers and communicate with customers to follow up bulk orders and organize on-time shipments.

1. Daily update new orders/changes/order status in internal records
2. Daily communicate with colleagues/ factory/customers/ other Parties for STD procedures: shipping marks, repacking fees, delivery orders
3. Daily follow up changes even at the last minutes
4. Assist other backup tasks when the team members are off
5. Other tasks as assigned by the direct leader
Yêu cầu
1. Education and working experience:
a. Main major: A related bachelor's in Economics/Education, excellent at math and statistics.
b. English: from intermediate
c. Computer skill: from intermediate level of MS Office
d. Working experience: sales field
2. Soft skills:
+ Interpersonal/communication skills: from intermediate
+ Management and execution skills (decision making, planning, organizing, well-detailed, and problem-solving): from intermediate
3. Preferred others:
+ Able to work independently and in a team
+ Able to work under deadlines plus pressure with multi-tasks and changes at last minutes
+ Good senses of responsibilities, logics, discipline, and dedication
+ Well-adapted, healthy, proactively smart+hard-working, enthusiastic, active, and a "cool" mind
+ Customer focus and "can-do" attitude/optimistic
+ Willingness to travel when the business needs

WORKING TIME: 08AM - 05PM, from Mon to Sat (lunch break: 12:00PM-13:30PM)

TARGET INTERVIEW PROCEDURES:
● Selection of proper applications the Office Assistant
● 1st round: tests and interview in English with a Vietnamese leader
● 2nd round: further interview with Korean managers
● Final round: meet with Korean boss for final decision
1st ROUND PROCEDURES: 5 min-break before moving to the next test
1. IQ test: 20 mins at max; one question: 1 score - passed: from 9 scores as least
2. Writing test: 10 mins at max- passed: from 7 scores with logic reasons and persuasive delay
3. Translation test: 30 mins at max (can use online dictionary) - passed: form 6 scores with no meaningless/junk words/phrases/sentences
4. Interview with Vietnamese leader: after each passed test and interview in both Vietnamese and English languages
