Key Responsibilities
Actively identify the new prospects to build a pipeline of qualified leads from both the Vietnamese and global market.
Daily interact with customers on Zendesk & other platforms to determine their needs and qualify the sales opportunity.
Meet lead generation targets and lead conversion rate targets as established by management.
Create, update, and maintain CRM information on sales leads, prospects, and opportunities.
Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Working Location: Dreamplex (39 Le Hien Mai, Thanh My Loi, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City).
Report to: Business Development Manager.
Requirements
1+ year(s) of experience in B2B sales, business development or a related field. Fresh graduates are accepted.
Familiarity with lead prospecting and cold-calling methods.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills both in English and Vietnamese.
Ability to quickly build rapport with customers.
Autonomous, result-oriented, quick learner.
Music-lover is a plus.
