The Job
- Implement and ensure technical requirements are effectively and efficiently implemented in the technical work products.
- Improve existing application systems by analyzing and identifying areas for modification.
- Write the technical specifications for the assigned works.
- Write and test code and then refine and rewrite as necessary.
- Continually update technical knowledge and skills by attending in-house and/or external courses.
- Address the problems related to technical design and implementation and establish the technical solutions.
- Attend the review meetings and take part in deciding the technical solutions.
- To understand Life Asia systems specification on assigned items for accurate coding.
- To coordinate with Business Analysists and users to process system design and coding with the most.
Your Skills and Experience
1. Qualification
- University /college/intermediate degree in Information Technology
2. Experiences and knowledge
- Experience in life insurance industry/LifeAsia/Cobol/BO are preferable
- Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
- Ability to manage teams on a day-to-day basic
