Mô tả công việc
- Assist for Production Manager responsible for the operation of an assigned SMT area in terms of production, quality, cost, delivery, technical, safety, and human resources, whilst respecting the defined goals.
- Responsible are : day to day management of people within production, to ensure company's targets and objectives are met to meet customer requirements, ensuring that staff comply with health, safety and standard operating procedures. Strive to continually improve using Lean tools to reduce costs, improve production and quality.
Yêu cầu
- Education requirement(s): college/university
- Experience requirement(s):
• Experience in SMT line role more than 5 years in SMT factory..
• Experience in developing new models, budgeting, planning..
• Understanding about OEE, DLE, Cycle time, line balancing, problem solving 7steps.
• Implement well 5S and Lean Production (TPM, OEE, Kaizen.5why...).
• Proficient MS office (work, excel, CAD,...).
• Experience in handling problems with management software such as MES, NAV,ERP..
• Have good management, leadership, communication, presentation and teamwork skills.
• Can communicate in English is preferable.

• Ability to build effective relationships with work colleagues
• Ability to sustain and develop team working and team based problem solving - Strong Kaiizen Mindset
