Owns the efficiency of finance services, facilitating inter office and inter team communication and coordination.
When applicable, facilitate acquisition and assignment of project resources.
Experience in preparation of budget/forecast for divisions, projects from scratch.
Monitor resource loading and Forecast resource requirements for projects for timely onboarding and offboarding.
Work with a team to ensure projects are executed based on budget.
Contribute to the daily operations of finance and accounts team.
Working knowledge of accounting and taxation concepts.
Work with regional office for quotation, cost, pricing structure for proposals.
Review of actual monthly financial results vs budget and detailed analysis for gaps, risks, opportunities Provide relevant support for the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
Provide timely financial status reports for stakeholders and serve as the local finance coordinator.
Be involved in the process of budget preparation, expense monitoring, forecasting etc.
Investigating variances and reconciliation to identify key risks and solutions thereof.
Keep control of the financials to ensure the margins are met.
