Overseeing and take responsible as
general accountant. Work under all the HQ and the company's policy and Vietnamese tax and accounting regulation to serve other departments to achieve the company's goals.
***ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage and control inventory, fixed assets, and tools & equipment;
2. Record, monitor, and control Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP);
3. Handle treasury functions( including bank transactions and cash flow forecasting);
4. Ensure all accounting transactions are properly recorded and reported in compliance with Vietnamese accounting standards and tax regulations;
5. Keep up to date with changes in tax laws and accounting regulations in Vietnam;
6. Prepare and submit tax reports (e.g., FCT, CIT, etc.);
7. Prepare reports as required by government authorities;
8. Participate in month-end/year-end closing reports (training will be provided);
9. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Yêu cầu
1. Education
- University graduation in related field
2. Experience
- At least 2 year experiences in accounting job, prefer experience in manufacturing company
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle preferred) is an advantage;
3. Skills:
- Good computer skills (word, excel, power point)
- Basic English communication
- Good at time management skill
- Good at problem solving skill
- Well adaptable, flexible
- Work well individual or team-based environment
- Can work under high pressure
- Willing to work overtime (OT) when required.
• Company shuttle bus provided from Hanoi (Tam Trinh - Hoang Mai, Pham Hung - My Dinh) to Ha Nam.
