Manage and oversee all accounting and financial activities to ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies, while driving process optimization, adopting modern technology, and providing strategic insights to support business operations and turnaround performance. 管理並督導所有會計與財務活動,確保符合會計準則、稅務法規及公司政策;同時推動流程優化、導入現代科技,並提供策略性見解,以支持公司營運及改善績效。
Manage all accounting operations, including general accounting, cost accounting, taxation, inventory, fixed assets, and financial reporting. 管理所有會計作業,包括總帳會計、成本會計、稅務、存貨、固定資產及財務報告。
Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. 及時且正確地編製月度、季度及年度財務報表與管理報告。
Ensure strict compliance with Vietnamese accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements. 確保嚴格遵守越南會計準則、稅務法規及相關法定要求。
Supervise product costing, inventory valuation, and manufacturing cost analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities. 監督產品成本核算、存貨評價及製造成本分析,以找出節省成本的機會。
Prepare and review tax declarations; confidently liaise with tax authorities and external auditors. 編製並審核稅務申報資料;能獨立且有信心地與稅務機關及外部審計師溝通。
Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial performance closely to advise management on operational efficiency. 密切監控現金流、預算及財務績效,並就營運效率向管理層提供建議。
Establish, improve, and enforce robust accounting procedures and internal control systems. 建立、改善並落實健全的會計作業程序與內部控制制度。
Actively look for ways to streamline workflows, leveraging modern technology, ERP automation, and AI tools to reduce manual processing time. 主動尋找精簡工作流程的方法,運用現代科技、ERP 自動化及 AI 工具,以減少人工處理時間。
Lead, train, evaluate, and mentor the accounting team to foster a high-performance, transparent culture. 領導、訓練、評估並指導會計團隊,建立高績效且透明的團隊文化。
Maintain proactive, clear upward communication with management regarding financial health, risks, and team alignment. 與管理層保持主動且清楚的向上溝通,回報財務狀況、風險及團隊配合情形。
Coordinate seamlessly with Production,
Purchasing, Warehouse, Sales, and HR departments to ensure accurate, unified financial information across the company.. 與生產、採購、倉庫、業務及人資部門順暢協作,確保公司內部財務資訊正確且一致。
Perform other strategic duties assigned by Management.執行管理層指派的其他策略性任務。
