- Main Purpose: Responsible for managing all accounting and financial operations, ensuring compliance with Vietnamese regulations and group policies.
- Provide accurate and timely financial reports, control risks, and optimize cash flow for efficient business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the parent company and government authorities.
• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards, tax laws, and FDI regulations.
• Handle all tax matters (CIT, VAT, PIT, FCT, TP), including filings, audits, and tax planning.
• Manage reports to the Tax Department, State Bank of Vietnam, Ministry of Industry and Trade, Project Management Board, and other agencies.
• Coordinate with auditors and internal teams for annual audit and financial reviews.
• Control cash flow, payment approval, and banking operations; optimize idle funds.
• Analyze costs, identify variances, and provide management with improvement recommendations.

Purchasing, Logistics, and other departments to ensure full compliance with tax and customs regulations.
• Supervise accounting operations: GL, AR/AP, payroll, inventory, and fixed assets.
• Lead and train the accounting team to enhance expertise, accuracy, and compliance awareness.
• Maintain systematic document storage and ensure audit-readiness at all times.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience (4+ years in leadership).
- Skills/Licenses: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; Chief Accountant Certificate (Vietnam).
- Working Days: 05 days per week
- Working Hours: 8.5 hours per day
