Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Key Account Intern to support daily operations across multiple online platforms. This role offers hands-on experience in campaign execution, affiliate management, and platform coordination. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution and performance tracking.
This position requires a minimum full-time commitment of 6 months.
Key Responsibilities:
Platform Registration & Compliance:
• Support registration processes with the Department of Industry and Trade for e-commerce platforms.
TikTok Shop Management:
• Coordinate with KAMs post-deal planning.
• Handle sample delivery, standby during livestreams, and post-live activities (returns, reporting).
• Promotion Monitoring:
• Check and validate both online and offline promotions across platforms.
Affiliate Management:
• Manual hunting and exploring for mid-tier affiliates.
• Support affiliate operations on Shopee, TikTok Shop, including KOL-related tasks.
• Customer Service Support:
• Collect and report customer complaints and feedback cases.
• Thumbnail Operations:
• Review and ensure quality of thumbnails for Socom campaigns.
