Our client is an FDI company, now looking for a Sales Manager, who will be responsible for Key Account Manager and Sales Manager:
MT1684: Tile Sales Manager in Hanoi:
- Create and expand market in the North Vietnam.
- Create, propose and execute sale's plans, strategies and policies
- Lead North team, train and guide staffs to achieve sales targets and successes.
- Manage and develop the North channel network, including Distributors, make sure the whole channel network runs smoothly.
- Prepare Sales report and forecast for BOD
- Work with South Sales Manager to design AOP's plans for company's products
- Work with other department for smooth operation
- Develop and maintain good relationship with architects in North areas (Hanoi, Da Nang)
- Develop and maintain good relationship with Distributors
- Set targets and goals for Sales staffs and evaluate their performance
L2308: Key Account Manager in HCMC:
- Take charge of building and developing relationships with potential customers and big clients
- Receive and resolve requests and issues
- Take initiative in researching new opportunities and projects
- Assigned tasks to employees
- Manage, train, motivate, and evaluate staffs
- Report to superiors
Yêu cầu
- Male / Female
- University graduated
- More than 5 years of experience at the same position in multi-national manufactures
- Deep understanding of Market, channel network, competitors, product,...
- Good command of English
- Able to work under high pressure
- Leadership skill, communication skill
