Planning:
Sales plan, FC, display for the account in charge
Set target for each stores base on Account target
Develop DPSM (Distribution/Promotion/Shelving/Merchandising) plan for the customer group in charge
Execution:
Go to market to check and support Sales operation
Increase the coverage of the account and the area in charge
Open new chain, new listing product
Externally:
Work with buyers to deal contract, deal and register promotions, to open more selling point to increase the coverage.
Work with store managers to ask extra display or more selling point to increase the coverage base on the promotions, relationship ...
Internally:
Subordinates: deyployment promotions and manage the team to achieve the best sales.
Trade team: propose promotion base on market situation, and sales fC
Above: analyze and report sales activities of the accounts manage.

Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Business Degree Graduate with minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in the industrial and modern trade channel with a multi-national company in the consumer goods industry.
• Those with at least 1 or 2 years-experience selling personal hygiene care products as well as Mom & Baby administration will have a strong advantage.
• Experience in managing staff.
• Strong communication, influencing and relationship building skills.
• Excellent planning and forecasting skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written Vietnamese and English.
• Proficient in using Microsoft office computer software (especially MS Excel & Power-point).
